Ingredients

  Lime (1 - Cut into small wedges)

  White Cane Sugar (4 tsp)
• LOADING
  Vodka (60ml)

Method

METHOD Place lime and sugar into a double old fashioned glass and muddle gently. Fill the glass with cracked ice and add Vodka. Stir gently to involve ingredients. Note: CAIPIRINHA – Instead of Vodka use Cachaça; CAIPIRISSIMA – Instead of Vodka use Rum. GARNISH N/A
