Ingredients

• LOADING
  Brandy (15 ml)
• LOADING
  Tawny Port Wine (45 ml)
• LOADING
  Egg Yolk (10 ml)

Method

METHOD Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass. GARNISH Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
