Ingredients

• LOADING
  Old Tom Gin (30 ml)
• LOADING
  Dry Vermouth (30 ml)
• LOADING
  Maraschino Luxardo (1/2 Bar Spoon)
• LOADING
  Absinthe (1/4 Bar Spoon)
• LOADING
  Orange Bitters (3 Dashes)

Method

METHOD Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into chilled martini cocktail glass. GARNISH Garnish with cherry and lemon zest
